Barron Leadership Team

Greg Barron
CEO/President

Greg is a graduate of Harvard Business School, The University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas Baptist University with degrees in Finance and Management and an Alumnus of London Business School in Forensic Accounting. He has served on numerous Public, Private and Advisory Boards across the country in banking, secondary education and construction. He and his wife Lisa reside in Horseshoe Bay, Texas traveling frequently between offices and projects. Since Greg was 14, his real passion is flying with over 5,000 hours of flight time logged.

Chuck Stark, PE, RPLS
Managing Principal, Barron-Stark Engineers

Chuck Stark, PE, is both a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A& M University in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado in Civil Engineering.  Chuck brings over 35 years of experience to his areas of expertise in land development, commercial site plans, and municipal infrastructure design and rehabilitation.  He and is wife Kelly reside in the mid-cities of DFW and are the proud parents of two grown children and six grandchildren.  Chuck’s real passion is mentoring and teaching young people in spiritual growth.

Bob Kline
Chief Financial Officer

Bob is the Chief Financial Officer of The Barron Companies, Inc. Bob holds a BS in Accounting from LeTourneau University as well as a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently a candidate for his Phd. Bob has experience in numerous industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, construction and engineering. Bob and his wife Angie reside in Fort Worth, Texas with their four children. Bob’s real passion is wind generation where he holds a patent in hydraulic drive systems and teaching Adult Bible study.

Lisa Barron
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Lisa manages all the day-to-day decisions of the offices including support for contracts, accounting, insurance, HR and managing the implementation and integration of numerous software platforms. Lisa has previously managed oil and gas operations, medical clinic operations as well as spending her early career in elementary education. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A & M-Commerce. Lisa real passion is anything outdoors including biking, hiking, exercising and water sports.

Gordon Swift, PE
Engineer Emeritus

Gordon Swift was an icon in the DFW Area for 45 years. In 2012, Barron-Stark Engineers merged with Gordon S. Swift Consulting Engineers, Inc. to form one of the most experienced Engineering firms in Dallas/Fort Worth. To this day, Gordon’s 45 year experience and memory lives on with Barron-Stark Engineers, their employees and the 2,500 plus projects serviced with ingenuity and expertise. Gordan was an experienced pilot and Rancher and beloved friend to hundreds.
