Barron Capital Partners along with Roddfield Property Ventures are co-developing a Medical ER Clinic along with a complimentary Medical Daycare located at the intersection of Rodd Field Road and Airline Road in Corpus Christi, Texas. Each facility will be approximately 6,000 square feet, single story structures and fully leased by Owner/Operators on a NNN basis over 15 years. Groundbreaking for each is expected within the second quarter of 2022 for completion in early 2023.
