Greg Barron
CEO/President
Greg Barron is the Chief Executive Officer of The Barron Companies, Inc., bringing a diverse background across commercial construction, civil engineering, architecture, facility services, real estate development, and real estate financial modeling software. With nearly four decades of leadership experience, he has developed and scaled companies while leading more than $750 million in development projects across 16 states. Greg holds degrees in Management and Finance, is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management program, and an alumnus of London Business School in Corporate Finance. He is also a published author and active board and advisory member, recognized for his focus on leadership development, strategic growth, and long term value creation. In his free time, Greg enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, spending time with his family, working out, and outdoor activities.

Lisa Barron
Vice President of Operations, The Barron Companies, Inc.
Lisa serves as Vice President of Operations for The Barron Companies, where she leads the Barron Facility Services (BFS) team and oversees the day-to-day operations supporting the organization’s nationwide service platform. She is responsible for operational strategy and execution across contracts, accounting, insurance, human resources, and the implementation and integration of multiple software systems critical to efficiency and scalability. Lisa brings a diverse leadership background, with experience managing oil and gas operations, medical clinic operations, and an early career foundation in elementary education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&M University- Commerce. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, including biking, hiking, exercising, and water sports.

Charles Abernathy,
CFO
With more than two decades of experience guiding financial strategy and organizational performance, Charles Abernathy serves as Chief Financial Officer for The Barron Companies. His background includes senior financial leadership at Nike, where he played a key role in improving operational effectiveness and strengthening financial discipline across complex business environments. At Barron, Charles leads enterprise financial planning, reporting, and oversight, partnering closely with leadership to support sustainable growth, sound decision making, and long range financial resilience across the company’s diversified operations.

Natalie Amos
Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Natalie Amos joins The Barron Companies, Inc. with a proven history of driving business growth through strategic business development, national account management, and executive leadership. With a foundation in entrepreneurship, business development, and marketing, she has led nationwide teams and overseen large, multi-market portfolio accounts, building long-term partnerships that fuel scalable, sustainable growth. Natalie brings a data-informed approach to revenue strategy, brand positioning, and market expansion. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Washburn University, competed as a Division I scholarship athlete on the University of Nebraska track team, and is a published author. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and four daughters, working out, and all things gardening.

Jay Marsh
President and Managing Principal
Jay Marsh joins Barron Stark Engineers as President and Managing Principal, bringing nearly three decades of leadership experience in residential and commercial land development. His background spans both project management and business development leadership within civil engineering firms, providing a well-rounded perspective on delivering successful projects and growing strong client relationships. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is highly engaged in the development community, currently chairing and serving on numerous city and county boards and committees. Outside of work, Jay is a proud Texas A&M Aggie who enjoys spending time with his wife and adult children and has been a member of the Vocal Majority Men’s Choir since 1994.

Krystian Golebiewski
VP of Survey, RPLS
Krystian joins Barron Stark Engineers as Vice President of Survey and a licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in surveying operations throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Property Appraisal from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland and earned his land surveying license in 2012. Previously a partner at a large Fort Worth surveying firm, Krystian has managed a wide range of complex projects and brings both international and domestic experience to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, home projects, soccer, and football. Surveying is his passion, and he is committed to advancing technical excellence and operational leadership at Barron Stark Engineers.

Bob Kline, PhD
COO
Bob is the Chief Operating Officer of Axia Solutions, LLC, a TBC, Inc. subsidiary. Bob has earned a BS in Accounting from Le Tourneau University, a Masters of Divinity and Doctor of Philosophy from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Bob has a lifetime of experience in multiple industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate development and engineering. Among his numerous accomplishments, Bob holds a patent for hydraulic drive systems for wind generation and is the architect behind the real estate modeling software ProformaPlus by Axia Solutions. Bob resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Angie.

Chuck Stark, PE, RPLS
Principal Emeritus
Chuck Stark, Principal Emeritus, is a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor with more than 35 years of experience in civil engineering and land development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. Throughout his career, Chuck has led and contributed to complex projects involving land development, commercial site design, and municipal infrastructure design and rehabilitation. Now serving in an advisory and mentorship role, Chuck is deeply passionate about guiding and teaching the next generation of engineers. He and his wife, Kelly, are proud parents of two grown children and six grandchildren.

Gordon Swift, PE
Engineer Emeritus
Gordon Swift was an icon in the DFW Area for 45 years. In 2012, Barron-Stark Engineers merged with Gordon S. Swift Consulting Engineers, Inc. to form one of the most experienced Engineering firms in Dallas/Fort Worth. To this day, Gordon’s 45 year experience and memory lives on with Barron-Stark Engineers, their employees and the 2,500 plus projects serviced with ingenuity and expertise. Gordon was an experienced pilot and Rancher and beloved friend to hundreds.
