Barron Construction Facility Division recently kicked off four new projects in the Phoenix market during the Covid outbreak. The renovations of the former Children’s Learning Centers required Barron to develop specific sanitary protocols to work while the centers were welcoming back students. Creme de la Creme, new operators of the facilities chose Barron for their history of working in sensitive areas while children were present and learning. Barron worked with Creme to strategically balance the needs and perceptions of parents by developing protocols for working hours and detailed plans to keep students clear of any subcontractors and working personnel along with qualifying personnel to be virus free.
