CEO, The Barron Companies
Greg Barron is the founder and current CEO of The Barron Companies, Inc. Greg has obtained degrees in Finance and Management and is a graduate of Harvard Business School, The University of Texas at Arlington, Dallas Baptist University and is an Alumnus of London Business School’s Corporate Finance Program.
Greg currently serves on the Advisory Boards of the publically held First Financial Banks of Fort Worth and Weatherford, Texas as well as serving as Vice President of the College of Business Advisory Board for The University of Texas at Arlington. Greg formally served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for Weatherford National Bank, American Electric of Hawaii and Beckenhauer Construction of Norfolk, Nebraska. In 2000, Greg founded the National Association of Church Design Builders and served as its President until 2010 and continues his service on the Board of Directors.
In 2010, Greg was bestowed the Distinguished Alumni Award and in 2014 the College of Business Dean’s Excellence in Service Award from The University of Texas at Arlington. In 2009 and 2010, Greg was honored and selected to give the commencement and graduation speeches at both Harvard Business School’s Owner/President ceremony and The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business commencement.
Active in the community and global missions, Greg and his wife Gloria have drilled over 15 water wells in Mumbai, India and have also established the G.L. Barron Foundation Endowed Scholarship at The University of Texas at Arlington benefitting the Goolesby Leadership Academy.
Dave Karcher, LEED AP

Dave Karcher has been a visible leader in the commercial construction marketplace since the early 1970’s. He has an established and diversified background, having managed a wide variety of projects across the United States. Dave is an active member of TEXO, the North Texas Chapter of Associated General Contractors and has written a number of articles for local real estate publications. He has a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Dave and his wife live in Dallas and are enjoying an empty nest, having raised, educated and graduated three children.
Chuck Stark, P.E.
Managing Principal, Barron Stark Swift Consulting Engineers, LP
Prior to joining the Barron Companies, Chuck owned and managed Stark Consulting, LLC. He has also served as Senior Project Manager with Dewberry and Davis Consulting Engineers. Chuck’s areas of expertise include land development, commercial site plans, and municipal infrastructure design and rehabilitation. Chuck is both a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado. Chuck resides in Keller, Texas with his wife Kellye.
Kevin Bennett, AIA, LEED AP
Managing Principal, Barron Bennett Architecture, LP
Coupling an extensive background in technology intensive structures, commercial interiors, and fast tracked projects, Kevin is uniquely qualified to meet and exceed the project management challenges inherent in projects. With over two decades of experience in the design industry, he has learned how to capture the vision of the client. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1987 and resides in Arlington, Texas with his wife Molly.
