Greg Barron
CEO, The Barron Companies
Greg Barron is the founder and current President/CEO of the Barron Companies. He has over two decades of experience working in the design, construction, engineering and development industries. He serves on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards of First Financial Bank-Weatherford, Texas, The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business and American Electric, Honolulu, HI. Greg is also the President of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Church Design Builders.
Greg is a graduate and alumnus of Harvard Business School, The University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas Baptist University with degrees and post graduate studies in Finance, Management and Economics. Greg was awarded the Distinguished Alumni of the Year award from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2010 and was the U.S. Speaker for the fortieth graduating class of the Harvard Business School, OPM program in 2010.
Greg currently resides in Aledo with his wife of 26 years and their four children.
Dave Karcher
Executive Vice President, GL Barron Company, Inc.
Dave Karcher has been a visible leader in the commercial construction marketplace since the early 1970’s. He has an established and diversified background, having managed a wide variety of projects across the United States. Dave is an active member of QUOIN, the North Texas Chapter of Associated General Contractors and has written a number of articles for local real estate publications. He has a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Dave and his wife live in Dallas and are enjoying an empty nest, having raised, educated and graduated three children.
Chuck Stark, P.E.
Managing Principal, Barron-Stark Consulting Engineers, LP
Prior to joining the Barron Companies, Chuck owned and managed Stark Consulting, LLC. He has also served as Senior Project Manager with Dewberry and Davis Consulting Engineers. Chuck’s areas of expertise include land development, commercial site plans, and municipal infrastructure design and rehabilitation. Chuck is both a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado. Chuck resides in Weatherford, Texas with his wife, Kellye.
Kevin Bennett, AIA
Managing Principal, Barron Design Group, LP
Coupling an extensive background in technology intensive structures, commercial interiors, and fast tracked projects, Kevin is uniquely qualified to meet and exceed the project management challenges inherent in projects. With over two decades of experience in the design industry, he has learned how to capture the vision of the client. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1987 and resides in Arlington, Texas with his wife Molly and his two daughters.
